Talent & development

We encourage our employees to grow personally and professionally, so we provide opportunities for a variety of training courses, on-the-job trainings and webinars. These range from first aid classes to forklift classes to communication classes. It is crucial that our employees are able to sharpen their skills and knowledge to keep up with the latest trends and tools in our field. 

By means of continuous investment in advanced machinery and staff training, VDL KTI maintains high-level capabilities in-house. Our professional teams possess the extensive knowledge and ability to provide excellent quality products and services to meet the client specifications, international codes and standards.

Social events

Our strength lies in great teamwork. To appreciate our employees' hard work, VDL KTI and its Party Planning Committee organize company social events all year round, including friendly fishing and bowling competitions, fun activities for families, bike rides, weekend trips, summer/winter drinks, and end-of-year staff party. These social activities not only give our staff members and their families a chance to have fun and relax, they also help employees creating stronger bonds with each other and forming friendships in the workplace.

On top of that, VDL Groep also organizes and sponsors numerous events for all VDL employees throughout the year, such as tennis and indoor soccer tournaments, motorcycle weekends, marathon & hiking, activities for young employees, and many more. Our staff members also enjoy free tickets for FC Eindhoven matches since VDL Groep is the main sponsor of FC Eindhoven.
